The Central Coast has many attractions, is a short distance to city centres, and is surrounded by beautiful lakes and beaches. It has many small and large shopping centres, with a good transport system. A comfortable drive to Newcastle, Hunter Valley, and close enough to the City of Sydney for a day/night out. Also, there is the choice of 2 airports - Newcastle or Sydney. Unfortunately, for tenants the rental market, is getting more competitive and may be more costly than ever before to lease a property. The cost for the search varies and there are several options for the purchaser.
- You may want to find the property of your choice and hire me to negotiate on your behalf.
- A full search may be one area or a variety of suburbs. This search entails an inspection of the properties (if I deem them suitable to your "wish list" which would have been completed by you when signing up). Photographs can be emailed to you for your persual, and then a decision made between yourself and or partners, as to which properties to inspect. At this time I would have already inspected the properties myself. The decision is ultimately the purchasers, I cannot make that decision for you.
- Another factor with the business is the complexities of negotiation and areas. The search may be close to my home or I may have to travel, stay overnight or even longer. Therefore I tend to give clients a quote on an individual basis.
This business is a more personal service. I am in constant communication with agents and private sellers, generally agents will contact me, as they know I have genuine buyers on my books. I also have a data base of private sellers wanting a quick and hassle free sale.
